God can sovereignly choose to respect our own sovereignty, allowing us to be sovereign over our own lives in a way that then allows him to be sovereign based on what we choose to do or not do, as viewed through the "corridor of time."  So, he's totally sovereign, only it's kind of limited by our own sovereignty, which isn't really a limitation because God sovereignly chooses to respect our sovereignty.
